Data Collection and Privacy Practices
We collect personal information voluntarily provided through our contact and quote request forms, including your name, email address, phone number, vehicle details, and any messages or files you submit. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiries, provide accurate quotes, manage bookings, and deliver services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We may store your information using secure third-party systems or tools for the purpose of communication, record-keeping, invoicing, and scheduling. Your information may be processed outside of Canada depending on the location of our service providers, but we ensure that reasonable safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Terms & Conditions of Service
All quotes provided by Wrapture Customs are valid for a period of seven (7) days. Prices are subject to change if not accepted within that time or if there are delays, material changes, or modifications to scope. Quotes are provided based on current material availability, labor rates, and estimated preparation and installation time. Re-quoting may be necessary in cases of delay, rescheduling, or revised project scope.
To confirm a booking, we require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the quoted total. The remaining balance is due in full prior to vehicle pickup. Vehicles will not be released until full payment has been received. In rare and exceptional circumstances, refunds may be issued at our sole discretion, subject to a 25% administrative and processing fee.
Cancellations or no-shows without a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is possible with proper notice but may require a new quote if materials, scheduling, or pricing has changed.
All vehicles left with Wrapture Customs are considered accepted by the customer “as-is” at the time of drop-off. We do not assume responsibility for any preexisting damage. Customers agree that once the vehicle leaves our premises, it is deemed accepted and completed to satisfaction unless otherwise noted in writing. Customers have thirty (30) days from pickup to report concerns or potential warranty issues. If an issue is not reported within this period and subsequently worsens due to neglect, additional fees may apply for correction.
We offer a one-year limited installation warranty on our vinyl wrap installation services, provided the wrap is properly maintained. All warranty claims must be submitted in writing to info@wrapturecustoms.com and require an in-person inspection. We reserve the right to determine the nature of the issue and whether it falls under warranty. Damage caused by improper maintenance—including pressure washing with machines exceeding 1200 PSI, use of gas-powered pressure washers, automatic car washes, touchless wash tunnels, or chemical exposure—will void the warranty. We can often identify when improper washing techniques have been used and reserve the right to deny warranty coverage on that basis.
Material warranties are subject to manufacturer policies. We may assist with filing manufacturer claims but are not liable for defects or outcomes outside of installation workmanship. Wraps are cosmetic products and are not permanent. Lifespan depends on many factors including exposure, driving conditions, color choice, and care practices.
We do not install customer-supplied vinyl, decals, kits, or wraps. Any request to do so will be declined. If customers choose to install graphics or parts of a wrap themselves, they accept full responsibility for the outcome and waive any and all liability against Wrapture Customs.
Designs, Files, and Intellectual Property
All custom designs, mockups, and layouts created by Wrapture Customs are the intellectual property of Wrapture Customs Inc. Payment of a design fee does not grant ownership of the design itself, but rather the right to view, review, and approve the concept for use in a wrap or service we perform. You do not own the working files, vector files, TIFF files, or print-ready files unless a separate file release or licensing fee is paid. This applies to all commercial and custom work.
Design release and licensing fees vary based on the scope of the project, usage rights (e.g., franchise distribution or third-party production), and file complexity. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or use of our designs constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal enforcement.
Site Use, Branding & Legal Protections
The Wrapture Customs website, www.wrapturecustoms.com, contains copyrighted material including but not limited to logos, branding, images of our work, graphics, web copy, and downloadable content. All content on this site is the property of Wrapture Customs Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, altered, or used in any form without our express written permission.
Wrapture Customs Inc. is a registered business and holds exclusive rights to the Wrapture Customs name and brand. Any unauthorized commercial use, impersonation, duplication, or infringement of our trademark, assets, or brand identity will result in immediate legal action.
